All our products are hand made, inorder to maintain the integrity of products and our workforce, delivery takes 3 days (business days do not include weekends or public holidays) . Delivery hours are between 10am to 5pm.

We will gladly accept unworn, undamaged products purchased at full price, or products received with manufacturing defects, for an exchange or a return via store credit within 7 days of the delivery date. To be approved, a return must meet all the following criteria:

• The item was shipped to an address in the Kenya (we are unable to accept returns from other international countries at this time).
• Items are unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition with all packaging included.
• The return request is initiated within 7 days of delivery.
• The item arrived damaged or defective within the 7-day return period.
• The return is approved within 7 days from the delivery date.
